Our great goal is that all our choir singers can develop and feel comfortable both artistically and personally. For us, this means a high degree of quality and professionalism in the musical area as well as great dedication and high values in the interpersonal area. All our V.O.I.C.E. choirs should perform at a high musical level and at the same time be like a second family for our members. How do we succeed in this?

So that we don’t get lost on our common musical journey, we have ambitious goals and values as a common guiding system: at every rehearsal, at every concert and at every Academy workshop, the focus is on combining joy and ambition, fun and professionalism as well as hobby and vocation! Whoever joins V.O.I.C.E. learns to appreciate and love exactly this extraordinary combination. As a result, we continue to develop musically.
Particularly outstanding are our highly qualified and warm-hearted musical management team, who accompany and support all singers from the first rehearsal to the stage performance with a music-pedagogically well thought-out concept. V.O.I.C.E. specialises exclusively in pop and jazz repertoire, which is expanded with our own arrangements and songs. Our focus is clearly on a cappella performances with vocal percussion as well as cooperations with renowned artists and bands. Our new concert & performance concepts make every performance a thrilling experience for both the singers on stage and the audience!
Our usual rehearsal routine
V.O.I.C.E. has come up with something special for the everyday life of the choir, not only for the listeners but also for our singers: For new songs, mp3 “learning voices” are made available for individual practice in order to quickly bring everyone to a certain level. Every rehearsal begins not only with the obligatory singing in, but also with rhythm, groove and sound exercises to warm up. In addition, according to the motto “After the rehearsal is before the rehearsal”, the pieces learned are recorded at the end of the rehearsal, analysed by the musical director for potential for improvement and finally sent to all singers with feedback. This stimulates ambition and is fun!
