The foundation stone of V.O.I.C.E was laid when the two friends Karin Wagner and Pamina Löwy talked about new visions, goals and ideas at New Year 2019. After years of musical education and further training of Karin and also long singing experience of Pamina, it was time to turn wishes, visions and ideas into reality!
After hours of strategy discussions and weeks of organizational challenges, the time had finally come a few weeks later on February 04, 2019 – www.voice-choir.at went online. Jipee!

What do the two founders say? Interview with Pamina Löwy:

How did Karin and you meet?

We have been teacher colleagues in a grammar school in Mödling for three years and got along great right away. In addition to our common subject of mathematics, we also have a love of singing, sports and a great interest in health.

What do you do in your free-time?

We both do a lot of sports, Karin likes to climb, goes ski touring and is outdoors a lot. I love dancing, cross-fitting and the XLETIX obstacle course. We bring the associated team experience to V.O.I.C.E with pleasure.

Why was it so important for you to start V.O.I.C.E ?

With “V.O.I.C.E” Karin finally fulfills her dream of many years to be able to realize a really good pop & jazz choir in all its facets and in her own way. During my studies, I was looking for such a motivated and ambitious choir with an academy and now I am even happier to be a part of the professional team.

What or where do you prefer to sing privately?

… in the car 😉
I like to sing a lot at home – from current pop songs to musicals to really kitschy songs from various movies. It’s just fun! I have also sung at various weddings and other celebrations. Karin occasionally sings in vocal ensembles or experiments at home with her Loopstation. Apart from that she, of course, makes music with the kids and the youth choir in school day in and day out. And if there is time, we jam together every now and then for a round in the afternoon <3.
